Cole started as a Townie, an educated merchant class man Daria met at university. As a general rule i consider “townies” met at university wealthy merchant class, or lower ranking nobles.

Generally speaking boys can be either nobles or merchants depending on how it fits in with my story, while girls met at university are almost always nobles, after all very few none noblemen would bother sending a girl to university considering the expense.

For the purpose of storylines most men met at university are likely to be 2nd or greater sons, after all heirs would take new wives back to their homeland rather than settling in Grimstead, and Cole is no different, he’s the 2nd son of a merchant who came to stay in Grimstead using Daria’s reasonable Dowry and Orrick’s influence to set himself up on the Vaux estate.

Coles on the military Career path while Daria is on the Education path, financially they are doing well, Orrick naturally made sure than his daughter and her new husband had a nice house on his estate. Because Cole went to university he started pretty high on the military Career so was already intitled to military tax’s which keeps their rather lavish house affordable.

This couple wasted no time in starting a family and have already produced 3 children, in quick succession. Cole isn’t peculiarly faithful to his wife and can often be found in the whore house spending their money while Daria a family sim seems both blissfully unaware and perfectly happy playing mother to their children.

Overall this is another Easy lot to play they are financially stable, the only trouble is having 3 toddlers running about which can be hard work.I had to “tweek” the ACR a while ago because alot of my familys suffered these quick succession births but because i play my rounds so slowly its still to early to tell if im getting the balance i was looking for.

Krista aged into a child this round, I’m debating Private school for her. The Raha’s can easily afford the fee’s and if she’d been a boy I would definatly send her however sending her means sending the other two children next round and 3 X $500 per day is a significant amount of money.

I think i’ll leave her in public school this round and see how thier money settles perhaps i’ll do it next round, she’s still young and there is plenty of time for me to decide her future, as long as she go’s to private school before she turns into a teen she’s still eligable for University.
