If you remember, Aarons home business did quite well on his starting farm and i manage to win a full set of cash business rewards giving him a fair amount of money to play around with.

I decided to spend this money on his freedom and a new farm, however i got carried away with the design of the new farm and neglected to work out if he could sustain such a extravagant affair.

Starting this round im still wondering which is ashame because im totally in love with the farm i built for him, however simply having him live there while the nobles played their turns has put him in $26,000 debt .. not good, so the first thing i decide on is that i won’t be buying his freedom, instead the $50,000 that it would have cost will be used to pay off his debt to lord hamdum and give him some breathing room financially at least for a few days *gulp*

Looking at the starting setup of the house before i play any time the challenge is going to be surviving till the first set of crops grow and are ready to harvest. Aaron does have some old stock from the old farm left to sell and that will certainly help.

Their puppy’s also ages up last round leaving the family with 5 adult dogs (although the parent animals will age to elder on the 2-3rd day of the first season) and although i do eventually hope to get rid of some of these animals right now i see them as my survival and thus here is the plan.

The initial start of the round will have Aaron setting up shop, while aurora sets to work in the kitchen making up batches of food to store in the new fridge to save of on cooking time later. Erin will work on fertilizing the earth and plant crops while the 2 boys train the dogs as much as possible.

I did look into perhaps bringing in a farmhand, another adult sim but there are no playables free, and i don’t want to move in a townie, however i will see how the first 2 days go and i may debate hiring someone for the lot if im struggling running everything,

From there it will be a race to sell, train and farm as much as possible and hopefully survive the round… easy hu???
