Jack and Sables little 1×1 lot house is getting a little crowded a sign of which was the fact the the three kids beds needed when their youngest son (fathered by Peter Hamdun) has just aged into child wouldn’t fit in the attic and Marta had to be relegated to sleeping living room.
However Sable and Jack are financially quite settled, neither are big earners but they have both risen well in their career and i feel they can afford a slight upgrade as long as i make it modest. Looking around there are plenty of new houses on the Hamdun estate after the refurbishement and finding one slightly bigger than their current one wasn’t too hard.
The house i have picked out is based on a 1X2 lot and is worth just over $10,600 and would leave them with just $4,000 to buy everything they need, deciding i don’t really want them to struggle without the basic’s I’ve decided the hold the move till the end of the round making it the last thing i do, this way i can use the round to save a little extra cash for them to buy the things they need.

The round plods on nicely and by some freak of nature sable and Jack “TRY” for another baby, personally i thought i next to impossible for two romance sims to try for a 4th child but apparently i was very wrong, and sure enough she gets pregnant, grrr… oh well good job i didn’t sell the crib hu?? This however makes it even more important for get them moved into their new place by the end of the round.
The birth signified the time for the move, when Sable landed herself with Twins, (told you i have an insane amount) 2 boys i called Rhett and Wylie. I guess at least with this couple i shouldn’t be suspired Jack is one of Triplets so i set my multi Birth odds for him slightly higher than normal, Anyway with just 3 days to the end of the round i simply do not have space for 2 babys, so i move them early finishing the round in their new home.
It’s major issue though I’d done pretty well to gather money for them to move a job reward from the cat landed them $10,000 and i managed to save a further $10,000 giving them a net value of £29,316 quite bonus on what they started the round on.
However determined not to make the same mistake i did with Aaron’s farm i still move them into the house i had planned I’ll just use the extra money to buy nicer furnisher for them, in the end the new house plus furnisher sets them back $18,600 in total so set the “tax mod” to pay Gabriel the new amount (1860/2 = $930)and carry on the round.
