The new tax system hit the family pretty hard last round meaning they where living outside of their means, and although the 2nd re-vamp helps them out abit they now have a large morgage which requires paying off, which is causing them difficulties.

For this round at least I’ve bent the rules slightly to allow them to go to a community lot and fish selling the fish to allow them to bring in extra income, the reason for this is because with the vast amounts of changes that have occurred over the past 2-3 rounds it’s not really the familys fault they are in trouble. Dorothy has her income cut when i decided to cap wages, then i mortgaged the house for the first tax system change, then when i discovered that system didn’t work i changed the system again but left the family with the mortgage when really i should have undone all the mortgages completely to be fair.

However we are where we are with the state of things and atm only one or two familys are finding it difficult to adjust to the next way of things. Ill give this family a couple of rounds allowing them to fish a little and that should straighten then out.

Still no birth control in this household, not that it would have made a difference as Dorothy and Kaiden “tried” for their 4th child together this round resulting in yet another boy for the family, this one I’ve named Brom. Please please please guys call it quits 6 kids in one house is QUITE enough thank you very much.

To be honest it’s getting a little worrying almost every baby being born in Darkfire mountains has been a boy .. eeek this may pose a problem or two in future generations.

By the end of the round things were looking up the financial situation was better, still living above their means but at least a little of the mortgage got paid off and things are slightly more comfortable.
